We're Hiring: Creative & Digital Officer

We are supporting our client by hiring an experienced Creative & Digital Officer to join their team.

Job Purpose Summary:

The Creative & Digital Officer is responsible for supporting the company’s digital presence, creative content, website management, and digital communication activities. The role oversees website updates, digital platforms, CRM support, analytics reporting, and brand consistency across all digital channels.

This position also supports the development of creative and digital materials, coordinates with agencies and suppliers, and assists in maintaining backend access, platform authentications, and digital communication systems. This role contributes to strengthening the company’s digital presence while supporting the Marketing & PR Manager in executing marketing and communication initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Website & Digital Management:
    • Manage and update content on the company corporate website to ensure information remains accurate and current.
    • Monitor website performance and digital engagement metrics.
    • Ensure digital content aligns with the company’s brand identity and communication guidelines.
    • Coordinate updates and technical support related to website management when required.
  • Content Creation & Digital Communication:
    • Prepare written and visual content supporting corporate communication initiatives.
    • Maintain and coordinate backend access and platform authentications for digital channels and systems.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and technical teams regarding website and digital platform management.
    • Ensure digital content is consistent with the company’s branding and communication strategy.
    • Support event, activation, and social media coverage through capturing photos, videos, and real time content updates.
  • Creative and Design Support:
    • Support the creation and adaptation of digital and creative materials aligned with the company branding guidelines.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, digital assets, promotional materials, and communication visuals.
    • Support graphic design requirements for marketing and corporate communication purposes.
  • Agency Coordination & Marketing Support:
    • Maintain records of marketing materials and agency deliverables and branding guidelines.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support:
    • Maintain and update customer and stakeholder information within the CRM system.
    • Support marketing initiatives that utilize CRM data for outreach and communication.
    • Assist in generating CRM reports related to marketing and customer engagement.
    • Ensure CRM data is properly maintained and organized.

Skills:

  • Technical / Functional Skills:
    • Knowledge of digital content platforms and communication tools.
    • Familiarity with website management and CRM platforms.
    • Graphic design knowledge and familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Understanding of digital branding and online platform management.

Professional Skills:

  • Creativity and strong visual communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in messaging.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certificates:

Professional certifications in digital marketing are an advantage, such as:

  • Google Digital Marketing Certification.
  • HubSpot Content Marketing Certification.

Computer Literacy:

  • Computer literate.
  • Proficiency in:
    • MS Office.
    • Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • CMS and CRM systems.

Languages:

English fluent.

Arabic is a plus, but not a must

Experience

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in website management, digital communication and creative support.
