Factory Manager - Construction Chemical

• Ensures that the machinery and equipment usedhave the ability to produce goods and services for the client at an acceptablestandard.
• Coordinates with the quality assurance personnel to ensure that the goods meet an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from clients.
• Interact with the employees, prepare reports on the current condition of logistics, and decide on the next course of action.
• Plays a key role in chalking out the overall operational policy.
• maximizing the output of the various support services
• Needs to ensure that the necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed.
• Ensures that the third party properly executes the agreed terms and conditions.
• Contribute to short and long-termorganizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
• Settingsales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole, according to company guidelines.
• Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
• To manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
• Develop sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.

Requirements

• 15 to 25 years' experience in Construction Chemical industry.
• Qatar/GCC Experience required.
• BSc/MSc Chemistry with MBA preferred.
• Candidate with Technical formulation and sales experience preferred.
