Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering/Business field.

Experience

• Minimum 9 years of progressive, directly related experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in healthcare databases and scripting languages to ensure seamless systems operations.
• Apply hands-on experience with the .NET Framework to develop and enhance system functionalities.
• Leverage knowledge of data extraction techniques to participate in comprehensive report development, generating valuable organizational insights.
• Utilize familiarity with Crystal Reports for the creation of informative and actionable reports.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle and MS SQL databases to maintain efficient data management and optimal system performance.
• Review and troubleshoot scripts related to reports in order to resolve user-reported issues with custom reports, automated tasks, and extraction reports developed by the team.
• Access Windows Servers to install applications, modify registry keys, and manage application services as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor issues arising from custom developments in ASP.NET (VB, C#).
• Execute SQL and Oracle queries to extract and update data effectively.
• Create and modify Crystal Reports to meet business requirements.
• Manage and resolve application-related issues and enhancement requests from end-user departments, including the provision of workarounds or coordination with ICT teams, implementation of patches, updates, or new features as the Application Focal Point.
