Location: Qatar Onshore - Doha
Contract Type: 36 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Identify technical documentation requirements for maintaining assets post-project completion and develop a strategy to ensure timely transfer to asset owners.
• Deliver Information Management activities streamlined from contractors and subcontractors to ensure alignment with company requirements.
• Lead the team in checking Project Information Handover deliverables to meet early and final deliverable timelines.
• Lead and contribute to compiling periodic management reports.
• Provide general daily assistance in all matters related to technical documentation and correspondence.
• Contribute to the development and review of ITT, TBE, and clarifications for Information Management and IT disciplines.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
• Lead weekly discipline meetings with internal and contractor counterparts to address concerns and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
• 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Significant practical knowledge of hard copy and electronic document control and information management systems.
• Successful track record in similar roles on large international projects.
• High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy with regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
