Leasing Executive

Job Description
- Reporting to Leasing Manager.
- Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly.
- Responsible to achieve the leasing target monthly.
- Make study on the Leasing rent, opportunities & project information etc.
- Following up with the listing & Availability of the lease units.
- Following with CRM team for the inquires and contact with the customers.
- Advertising available properties and conducting property tours / viewing as part of marketing activities.
- Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
- Completing reservation form, lease applications and assisting with verification of application information.
- Informing prospective tenants of results.
- Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate.
- Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
- Maintaining and storing documentation effectively.
- Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate leasing within Qatar .
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Qatari real estate regulations, tenancy laws, and contract documentation.
- Languages: Excellent command of English (verbal and written); proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
