SR. ADMIN ASSISTANT

Primary Purpose of the Job
Responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of documents / records so that information can be readily accessible to different organizational units as essential reference for various decision‑making scenarios.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 6 years working experience out of which at least 5 years in Land and Agreement administration.
- Ability to swiftly understand the requirements and work on a given subject matter.
- Able to plan, execute and complete work with limited guidance.
- Good inter‑personal skills and ability to work with his team effectively.
- Adequate exposure to SAP.
- Good MS Office knowledge and other PC software.
- Exceptional attention to detail, flexible and adaptable nature.
- Strong time management skills with high level of confidentiality.
- Great written & verbal communication skills.
Educational Qualifications
A relevant higher diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce or equivalent.
