System Admin Planner

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Develop and manage maintenance work orders using a CMMS, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and closure
• Analyze maintenance data to generate reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards
• Prepare maintenance schedules, weekly and monthly plans, and resource forecasts
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintenance performance tracking
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks
• Monitor equipment history, maintenance trends, and failure data to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reports
• Support inventory and spare parts management by identifying material requirements and coordinating availability
• Ensure maintenance planning aligns with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar maintenance role
• Excellent computer skills , with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
• Strong experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate accurate reports and KPIs
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices – preferred with maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
