Swan Global WLL is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in Qatar. The role requires a minimum of 15 years in operations management, with a strong background in leading teams, improving processes, and driving organizational success.
The candidate will manage budgets and forecasts, develop operational strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic is required.
