Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the real estate sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence, creating engaging content, executing marketing campaigns, and strengthening the company's brand across digital platforms to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional posts for property listings and corporate branding.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Optimize website content and implement SEO best practices to improve online visibility.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce marketing materials.
- Support branding initiatives, property launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing within the real estate industry (mandatory).
- Preferred nationality: Indian.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation software.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
