We’re Hiring: Production Manager
Location: Mesaieed, Qatar
Are you an experienced Production Leader from the cable manufacturing industry ready to take on a high-impact role? We are looking for a Production Manager to lead our plant operations and drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and Machine Operators
- Drive productivity while reducing scrap and rework
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, QC, and Maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote Lean practices and continuous improvement across the production floor
Qualifications
- 15–20 years of experience in plant operations within the cable manufacturing industry
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of wire drawing and stranding machines
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Lean manufacturing knowledge (NEW L2 minimum; L3 preferred)
