Director of Degree Program Delivery

HEC Paris

HEC Paris in Qatar is seeking a Head of Delivery, Degree Programs. You will lead end-to-end delivery of all Degree Programs, coordinate with faculty, admissions, finance, and marketing, and ensure high-quality participant experiences.

You will manage budgets, drive process improvements, and uphold academic standards in a dynamic international setting. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project management or learning and development, with strong leadership and CRM/data management skills, and
