Are you passionate about hospitality and fluent in Arabic? Park Hyatt Doha, a luxury 5-star hotel, is seeking a Guest Service Officer to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable guest experiences.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, guest service, or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS) is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in customer service and problem-solving.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with varied shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
