Position: Personnel Officer
Department: Human Capital
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Objective
To consistently implement personnel policies and procedures and day to day support in all personnel administration matters, in order to provide an efficient service to management and employees

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in employee administration in a similar sized company
Job Specific Skills:
• Good command of English and Arabic
• Good understanding of the organisation
• Proficient organisational skills
• Team working skills
• Communication skills
• Problem solving
• Microsoft Office computer skills
