Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Master Hairstylist & Makeup Artist to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in advanced hairstyling and professional makeup, with experience handling VIP clients and delivering high‑quality results consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert hairstyling services including cutting, coloring, balayage, treatments, and styling.
• Perform professional makeup applications (bridal, events, glam, HD makeup).
• Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
• Upsell salon services and retail products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long‑term client relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a luxury or high‑end salon.
• Strong skills in advanced hair techniques (balayage, keratin, hair botox, extensions).
• Professional makeup artistry experience with a portfolio.
• Good communication and consultation skills.
• Ability to handle VIP and high‑demand clients.
• Well‑groomed and professional appearance.
• Certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willing to relocate to Qatar.

Language Requirements:

• English (Required).
• Arabic (Preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: $2000+.
