We are seeking qualified Safety Officers to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards for projects based in Mesaieed.
Position: Safety Officer
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on project sites
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Monitor site activities and ensure adherence to Oil & Gas safety regulations
- Provide safety guidance and training to project teams and workers
- Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports with corrective actions
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain safe working conditions on site
Requirements
- University Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE within Oil & Gas or construction projects
- NEBOSH International Certificate required
- IOSH Managing Safely certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures and regulatory compliance
Work Location: Mesaieed (MIC), Qatar
