Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional **Lobby Ambassador** to join our dynamic team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be the face of our organization, creating exceptional first and lasting impressions for every guest. You will serve as a key point of contact in the lobby, delivering outstanding guest service and acting as a brand ambassador while maintaining a visible, engaging presence throughout the public spaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on guest experiences in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating positive and memorable first impressions that set the tone for their stay
• Maintain a visible and professional presence in the lobby, actively engaging with guests and embodying the organization's brand values
• Provide accurate, detailed information about hotel facilities, services, events, and local attractions in Lusail and surrounding areas
• Anticipate guest needs proactively and personalize their experience by recognizing preferences, preferences, and special requests
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
• Support front office operations during peak periods, assisting with check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth guest flow
• Coordinate luggage handling and room escorting services, providing in-room orientation and assistance as needed
• Monitor public areas consistently to ensure cleanliness, organization, and optimal guest comfort at all times
• Stay informed about daily events, hotel activities, promotions, and local recommendations to enhance guest engagement
• Collaborate seamlessly with front office, housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure coordinated service delivery
• Follow up on guest requests and feedback to demonstrate commitment to exceptional service standards
• Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards that reflect the luxury hospitality environment
• Resolve operational challenges efficiently while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations

Qualifications

**Required Skills & Competencies:**

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, French, or Mandarin) highly valued in our Lusail location
• Proficient knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong multitasking ability with the capacity to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Outstanding customer service expertise with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and decisiveness
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move throughout the lobby area

**Experience:**

• Minimum 2-3 years of customer-facing experience in a hospitality or upscale service environment
• Proven track record in guest relations or front-of-house operations
• Experience working in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality settings preferred
• Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to guest preferences and personalize service

**Education & Certifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
• Hospitality training or certification programs are advantageous
