Sr. Systems Analyst
Location: Qatar
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to act as a focal point for business process support and system optimization. The role involves supporting end-users, enhancing SAP and related systems, and driving process improvements to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line system support to engineering and project teams
- Gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Perform gap analysis, data analysis, and process optimization
- Liaise with ICT for system upgrades and enhancements
- Coordinate UAT, data migration, and system implementation
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data models (Power BI, etc.)
- Support workflow automation and business process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, IT, or related field
- 8+ years experience in business systems and data analysis
- Strong experience in SAP (PS modules preferred)
- Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of business process modelling & workflow automation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
