Job Description:
We are hiring a Procurement Officer (Temporary – 3 Months) to join our team immediately.
We are looking for a procurement professional with strong sourcing, vendor management, and coordination skills to support procurement operations across MEP, Civil, and FM projects.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- RFQ/RFP preparation and sourcing
- Vendor management & supplier coordination
- Technical understanding of MEP/Civil/FM materials and services
- Commercial evaluation & cost analysis
- Negotiation and supplier relationship management
- PR/PO process management
- ERP/SAP system knowledge
- Market sourcing & supplier development
- Contract and AMC coordination
- BOQ and technical specification understanding
- Problem-solving and urgent procurement handling
- Compliance management & attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination
- Team collaboration and multitasking abilities
Work Location: Onsite
