Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company's Quality Management System.
• Develop, review, and maintain quality procedures, forms, and related documentation.
• Plan, conduct, and report internal audits.
• Participate in external audits, client audits, and certification audits.
• Conduct project audits, subcontractor audits, and department audits.
• Monitor compliance with company, client, and contractual quality requirements.
• Support the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of Project Quality Plans.
• Manage NCRs, CARs, observations, and corrective action processes.
• Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor closure of audit findings and quality-related non-conformities.
• Participate in supplier and subcontractor evaluations and assessments.
• Prepare quality reports, KPI reports, and performance summaries.
• Maintain quality records, registers, and audit databases.
• Support quality awareness and continual improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Utilize SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tools to support quality processes, reporting, and record management.
• Support process automation and workflow improvements using Power Apps and Power Automate where applicable.
• Conduct site visits, surveillance audits, and compliance reviews as required.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Refinery, Industrial, or EPC project environments.
• Certifications: Valid ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor certifications issued by IRCA or equivalent internationally recognized training providers.
• Experience conducting internal audits, project audits, and subcontractor assessments.
• Experience managing NCRs, CARs, corrective actions, and quality reporting.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and implementing Project Quality Plans and relevant project quality documentation.
• Good knowledge of quality assurance principles, auditing techniques, root cause analysis, and continual improvement processes.
• Experience conducting quality performance analysis, KPI monitoring, trend analysis, and preparation of management reports.
