IT Services & Operations Assistant
Madre Integrated Engineering
Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an administrative support professional to ensure office operations run efficiently. The role supports the technical staff in IT services and projects, handling documentation, scheduling, and knowledge management.
Responsibilities include preparing documents, managing calendars, maintaining filing systems, attending meetings, and helping plan hardware needs. Fluency in English is preferred, with English/Arabic written and spoken skills an advantage.
