Senior QA/QC Lead - Roadway Upgrades & Compliance

Swan Global WLL seeks a seasoned QA/QC Lead to head audit, assessment, and quality assurance for Qatar's road network upgrade project. You will drive audits of pavement, drainage, and ITS while ensuring alignment with Ashghal standards and international norms.
Phase 2 focuses on planning, implementing QA/QC Plans, and managing the QMS across teams and suppliers, ensuring traceable documentation and timely quality deliverables.
