• 10+ years in contracts management or commercial management
• Direct experience with FIDIC, NEC, or GCC bespoke forms
• Track record on $100M+ capital projects
• Strong written communication and claim narrative skills

Contracts Administrator

Support senior specialists in administering live contract portfolios. You will manage correspondence, maintain contract registers, track notice deadlines, and prepare variation documentation across multiple concurrent engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years in contracts administration or QS roles
• Experience with construction or EPC contract forms
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Familiarity with delay analysis methodologies is a plus

Claims Analyst

Support the claims and dispute resolution practice with forensic analysis, delay programmes, and quantum assessments. You will work with senior specialists to build the evidence base that underpins CALIM's claims defence and prosecution work.

Requirements

• 3+ years in claims analysis, delay analysis, or quantity surveying
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Experience preparing delay analysis reports (TIA, as-planned vs. as-built)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to forensic detail

Doha, Qatar Freelance · Commission-based

Represent CALIM's advisory and contract management services to contractors, developers, and EPC firms across Qatar. You will identify prospects, open doors, and connect decision-makers with our senior team. Ideal for well-networked professionals in the Qatari construction and infrastructure market.

Requirements

• Established network in Qatar's construction, EPC, or infrastructure sectors
• Experience in business development, sales, or client advisory
• Understanding of contract management, claims, or commercial services
• Self-starter with a track record of closing B2B service engagements

UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Ajman) Freelance · Commission-based

Drive new business for CALIM across the UAE market. You will target contractors, developers, and operators who need contract management, claims support, or outsourced contracts functions. Commission-based with no cap on earnings.

• Established network in UAE's construction, oil & gas, or real estate sectors
• Experience in business development or commercial advisory roles
• Familiarity with FIDIC, NEC, or GCC contract forms is a strong advantage
• Ability to articulate technical service value to C‑suite decision-makers

Join CALIM's new Kochi office as a Contract Administrator. You will support international client engagements across corporate law, contract management, and commercial advisory - working on cross‑border matters with exposure to GCC and global projects from day one.

Requirements

• LL.B. qualified with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong interest in corporate law, contracts, and commercial transactions
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Eagerness to work on international projects and cross‑border matters

Legal Intern - Corporate Laws

A structured internship for final‑year law students or recent graduates who want hands‑on exposure to corporate law, contract management, compliance, and commercial advisory. You will work alongside senior practitioners on live client engagements with international scope.
