Responsibilities
- Planning, strategic budgeting Marketing activities in the Company and the Region Middle East
- Ensuring proper alignment with internal and external partners
- Communication and clarification of training needs with business department. Assessment of training partners
- Work in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section ensuring and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification
- Ensure the compliance of all activities within the Department are in-line with company health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Must have 5 years of experience as Marketing Training Officer
- Must have bachelor’s in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Must have Learning & Development Specialisation with Marketing Certification
- Must be a bilingual (English and Arabic) speaker & writer
