We are currently looking for IT Support for our Qatar operations
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support roles.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills
- Endpoint Patching & Updates
- Network and Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
- Backup Monitoring and Recovery
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and security best practices.
- Experience with access control systems and card management solutions.
- Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Experience Level: Mid-Level (4-6 years)
Languages: Arabic & English (Mandatory)
